Dry Wood Heating System We offer a simple and inexpensive waste wood heating system using direct combustion technology. Typically the system include wood storage, wood feeder, combustor, boiler and the exhaust unit. Technology description: Direct combustion is the common way of converting dry wood fuels to heat. The system is best suited for relatively uniform and dry fuels e.g. dry shaving, sawdust etc up to 25% moisture content. Depending upon the local emission requirements the flue gases are cleaned before discharging in the atmosphere by multi-cyclones or other commonly used flue cleaning devices . We offer a simple system with automatic ash discharge in an output range 1 MW to 3 MW (3MMBTU/hr to 10MMBTU/hr or100 HP to 300 HP) generating heat and/or electricity for variety of users like lumber mills, greenhouses, hospitals etc. Our
system is simple in design, fully automated operation, with automatic ash
removal system resulting in a quick return on investment. The fuel is typically stored in a wood storage having a multi-day operation capacity. The bin is filled either by a conveyor or by delivery trucks. From there on the operation is fully automatic and requires minimum attention. The system will modulate its output to meet the main controlling loop requirement e.g. to maintain the constant boiler pressure.
