can provide a stand-alone PC based system or incorporate the system into the
customer PLC/DCS system. A typical system includes operator interface displays,
data acquisition systems (DAS) and compliance reporting package.
The DAS system stores and archives emission data records together with
key plant operating parameters. Compliance reports are then generated from
the data and customized for various industries or machinery e.g. baghouses,
electrostatic precipitators, kilns, furnaces, boilers etc.
The exceedance causes are automatically generated by the program. The
system is fully automated and allows meeting emission monitoring requirements
for variety of combustion and other processes. Reports
can be generated on demand or automatically at scheduled intervals.
